All parents are welcome and encouraged to join the Parent Faculty Association (PFA). Its purpose is to promote the welfare of the children in the Parish and to bring the home and school into a closer relationship so that parents and teachers may cooperate in the training of the children in the sound principles of Catholic education. Also, the organization will carry out fund-raising activities with any Parish-wide group to provide financial support for the school.
Officers shall consist of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. These officers shall be voted into office by nomination and election.
Standing committees will be appointed yearly and are: Room Mothers, Youth Activities, Clothing Exchange, Ways and Means, and Public Relations.
The PFA.Board will consist of: Officers, Standing Committees, Principal, faculty representative, parent representative, and School Advisory Council representative.
PFA. will hold regular meetings during the school year. There will be no less than four (4) and no more than twelve (12) meetings per year.
Some of the activities/programs supported or facilitated by the PFA are: Auction, Auction raffle, Jog-a-thon, and SHARE. Any questions regarding your PFA can be directed to any officer.
